1) Locate files by material type
The responses in the video summarized ten categories of material. When checking, you can combine the classification summary and expand the corresponding directory in the file tree on the left:
- Basic dossier materials and litigation initiation materials:Cover page, table of contents, case trial process management information table, as well as the complaint, notice of payment of litigation fees, etc.
- Subject qualification materials and application materials:Proof of identity, power of attorney, lawyer's practicing certificate, application for disability appraisal, application for additional defendant, etc.
- Evidence materials and court investigation materials:Traffic accident certificates, medical imaging examination reports, diagnosis certificates, medical bills, and judicial appraisal opinions, etc.
- Procedural notification materials and trial transcript materials:Subpoenas, notices of evidence, and pretrial meeting transcripts, inquiry transcripts, etc.
- Judgment documents and delivery materials:Judgment, confirmation of service address, notification of service address, etc.
2) Open the PDF to check the content
